We will be opening the Jonesville Seed Library for the 2025 growing season on Saturday, March 8. Our seed library is available during regular library hours.
What is a Seed Library?
A Seed Library is a collection of seeds, both locally grown and commercial, that is available at no cost. Borrowers can select seeds for free to grow in their own gardens. The Jonesville Seed Library has vegetable, flower, and herb seeds available. We ask that you only take what you can use, and return unused seeds if possible. We also encourage growers to harvest seeds to donate back to the seed library for the next growing season.
Jonesville District Library accepts seed donations as well as monetary donations all year long.
